The off duty edit | Cozy boots and bomber jackets

I write a lot about sophisticated casual glamour, about my love for a good heel, about power dressing and polished outfits. But there’s another side to the story, the off duty, comfort-based, running errands situations when practicality takes center stage.

It all starts with the shoes. They have to be easy to walk in, there’s no room for these shoes pinch my feet but I love them anyway. High quality flat ankle boots will do the trick as long as they perfectly hug your feet and keep the blisters at bay.

Bomber jackets with generous pockets layered on top of loose cut white shirts will give you a sharp yet sporty vibe, perfect for when you need to get stuff done. In the trousers department choose anything that floats your boat. I love high waisted culottes made from flowy fabrics – the kind that you can easily move in without worrying about creases.

Throw in the mix a can do attitude, patience and several cups of coffee and start ticking things off your list.

Wearing COS shirt, Mango culottes, Quiz Clothing bomber jacket and suede ankle boots from Brantano.

Love,
Denisia
